back pain

About 2 years ago I started to notice a sharp pain in my lower back, directly on my spine. Since then I have that pain as well as a spot about midway down my back, also directly on my spine, that feels like a bruise. It is very easy for me to pull back muscles since I started hurting. It never goes away, and I either have days with back pain or days with severe back pain. On the severe days if im working or doing any moving at all the majority of my back goes numb. As a kid i dont recall ever having any popping or cracking going on, on my back. But if i move at all now it sounds like a pack of firecrackers going off. I have a routine now where i lay on my back in bed, take my right leg over the left side of my body until my knee touches the bed. I then turn my upper body to the right, once i reach that certain point it sounds like 2 large bones hitting together. Its a very disgusting feeling and sound, but it temporarily makes the pain easier to deal with. Im also pretty sure my testosterone levels are taking a dive, but im not sure if the 2 problems are connected. im only 26 years old so im really worried about these symptoms. The only thing that i can think of that would have caused the pain, is when i first noticed it i was sleeping on a very thin mattress on the floor, usually on my back. Now i cannot sleep on my back or stomach, just my sides. This also is causing me to have the worst shoulder pain ever due to having to sleep on my sides. Ive had a broken shoulder before and it actually felt better then, than it does now. If i cannot do anything about this it may end up ruining my life as far as working and enjoying playing sports with my younger siblings. Does anybody have any answers?

i havent been to a doctor in over 2 years and no i havent had an mri either. unfortunately where i live prescription pills are a huge problem. and the way everybody obtained them was by pretending to have back problems. going to get an mri and then going to these rent-a-doctors for oxi-contin, and oxicodiene. so that has made it a big hassle for someone my age to have something like that done without everybody thinking im trying to scam for some pills. i was told the only way i could even get an mri on my back at my age is if i had an accident and had to to take an ambulance to the hospitol. i guess at this point even if u drive urself to the hospitol they think you are scheming for pills. im sure my most recent family doctor could schedule me an mri. but with no health insurance and all that it would probably cost a fortune. i just hope whatever the problem is can be fixed with surgery or hopefully a good re-adjustment. i would hate for it to be something potentialy crippeling or life threatening, and the only reason i couldnt get help is because all the low lifes before me scamming the hospitol and doctors. thank you for replying and i hope we both get our answers soon. thanks for the concern.
