I have alot of burning in my low back like 2 bricks on fire does anyone know if this is nerve damage?

Some people have bone spurs that pinch the nerves. I suggest seeing your doc and see what they say. It is probably a pinched nerve maybe. Hope it is getting better or does get better.
I am not sure but My Low Back seems like I'm carrying Heavy weights and it's on Fire. Mostly occurs when I lie down,, I wake up 2-3am everynight with this Burning Feeling, It is getting worse
