numb toe tips an fingers

hi there,i hv had numb toes, mainly my 3 middle toes on my right foot for the past three months. also my fingers down one side gets numb from time to time. i also get a very strange sensation on the inner arch of my right foot, where it is painful, almost like it is burnt, when i touch it. i get that same feeling on the side of my palm on my right hand. and if i touch something cold, or my stainless steel bench when i do the dishes, it gives me a horrible sensation. when i get that feeling in my feet, i have to lift my foot, instead of dragging it on the sheets when im in bed. also i get a funny feeling in my arms, mainly at night. it's kind of like something is happening inside my arms? its hard to explain. its kind of like the blood inside my arms is boiling (but without the heat). i shake them to make them feel better, and often that doesnt work. also, i was half asleep a few months ago, when i felt like i was trembling on the inside. i couldnt move or talk, and it started off like a small tremor that increased, and got faster and harder. i felt paralysed, and i was trying to scream but i couldnt talk. the harder the tremor, the worst the pain. when it peeked, it started to slow down, and when it stopped, i was still trembling on the inside, but my partner who was sleeping next to me said i wasnt trembling. i kept saying, im shaking, im shaking, and he said no ur not. he thought it was a dream, but it was definitely happening. the doctors didnt believe me, saying they had never heard of it before. its happened twice now. and sometimes i get too scared to go to sleep in fear of it happening again. also, my leg has been becoming painful at night sometimes where it wakes me up. my vision has been going blurry from time to time, for years. different parts of my body goes numb, and stays numb ffor different periods of time. and lastly, for the past few weeks it feels like these symptoms are getting worse and worse. its horrible. help

Have you seen a Neurologist?  I think that would be your best bet... They will probably need to do an MRI of the brain and spine... I have PPMS and I'm not saying that's what you have but you do have a lot of the symptoms..Good luck to you and please let us know... I also belong to the Multiple Sclerosis Forum if you would like to post over there...

I'll be praying,
Carol
