pain in back by sholder blade

For the past couple years my back has had this pain any time pressure is applied to it. It doesn't even have to be alot of pressure. It is on my right sholder it is like right under my sholder blade. It feels like a muscle but it seems like it's poping out. It's the weirdest thing and it hurts soooooo bad. iIf you push on it it's like the pain travels up to my whole sholder and sometimes my neck. Can someone please help?

Could it be a pinched nerve? Any tingling in arms or legs?
