Abdominal and back pain

Hi,
I am having abdominal pain bit away from belly button on left side. The pain is more at one point. I am having back pain as well on left side, more near the same point as front, but also left side lower back. I have been to doctor and they say I have IBS and mechanical back pain. Somehow I feel there is something else. Can you please guide?

First things to try are Align prebiotic and Metamucil.  If you feel better in a couple of days, this is probably all digestive.  You can feel better by sticking to this regimen in this case.  And at that point, get on a walking program to protect your back and promote regular bowel movements.

Yes the doctor did a ultrasound for the kidneys and also urine test. Dint find anything.

Have you had your kidneys looked at? Lower side back pain is symptomatic of kidneys. Any previous kidney stones or issues urinating?
