hi,
I dont think anyone on a website should speculate too much about someone who states they are having "very strong pains in the chest area", and shoulder blade.  Although you are very young you must still be seen by a physician.  When you were previously seen by the md who prescribed Myogesic did they perform an EKG in the office?  My pcp does it right in the office automatically on new patients or ANYONE regardless of age who would complain of any chest pain, it is just a starting point.  Do you have any gastric pain, indigestion?  Did you sustain any injury to your chest? You could have also pulled a muscle.  there are many possibilities and little information.  Please see your md and tell them what you have said here .

good luck
