Hi there,
Some pain to the touch on my jaw has come on past few days.
to give you an idea on location... you start from my just below my earlobe and move down, around the corner of my jaw, just past the main jaw muscle that flexes when teeth are gritted and it is there. Right on the edge of my jaw and the sensitivity continues down and under the jaw.
It is painful to touch (not debilitating) and the strange thing is that is on both sides, perfectly symmetrical. There is no swelling and when i manipulate with my finger all i can really feel is what feels like a channel/vein... no swelling of lymph nodes detectable.
Tis just a strange scenario, where sensation of pain when touched is on the exact same place on both sides without swelling. to give an idea of the size off the affected area, it is about 1cm or 2 (under 1 inch).
Only other things that have been bothering me lately is a bit of popping/pressure equalising in my left ear and a little bit of pain in my knees although i think this is a bit of runners knee from a lot of running and deep squatting recently.
Any ideas on this and whether it is something that should be of concern?
Thanks for your time
