New members only, a good sign indeed

Apart from a few old members to this forum, I discovered that the ones who usually post are the very new ones who joined very recently. Where are the old veterans: LeftCoastChick, Bulldozer, monkeyc, etc...

I consider this a good sign because it just means that life went on with them well enough in order not to have time to participate in medhelp. OR that medhelp is not useful enough to them anymore because they knew how to stabilize themselves already. This is also good, because it gives us all hopes

For me its a good sign when im not posting, I know Im struggling when I am on here, its a good sign to me that I need to keep an eye on myself as when Im not coming on here I am getting on with life and dont need the support I get from here, I do still come on now and again and see whats happening but its not a daily thing and Im certainly not posting questions. I am fairly stable right now, it took a long time but I feel I am back to my old self lol good or bad not sure but definatley my old self.

Hi ezz, nice to hear from YOU again also...
I am a fairly NEW poster and don't recognize the names, except for leftcoastchick I've seen her post on the 'depression' forum since I've joined.
All I have to say too new people pls don't post a cry for help, when in 'distress' and look for answers, some good advice is given than we do not  hear from you again, this really bothers me!! I worry that something has happened to you...I wish everyone would check in at least once in awhile, just to let everyone know that they are ok.
hope I'm not out of line here, but I do worry abt many who have previously posted!!

They could of just got caught up in life or got tired of posting for other reasons and like in the case with monkeyc he stopped posting for a while because was in the hospital if I remember right.  Bulldozer moved on a while ago which she left a post about how she was moving on but might be back every once in a while.  I sort of miss them and the way they said things in their messages but more power to them if they moved on because of the reasons you stated.  Myself, I decided to stay in the Bipolar forums to try to help people out as much as I can even after I learned it was Schizophrenia I have and not Bipolar Disorder.
