Hello Newbie here
Hi I have bipolar 1, have been ill for about 2 years this episode but now returning to normal. Didn't sleep last night and haveing some thought insertion so hope I'm not going high now - will have to monitor closely. Anyway look forward to "meeting" you all.

Yes welcome. I myself have made a full recovery from schizoaffective (read through my posts) disorder. If you have a problem with "thought insertion" have you spoken to your psychiatrist about it because that sounds a bit more than bipolar. That shouldn't be occuring generally. You might want to speak to them about having things adjusted and/or changed so things would be more stable. We have some good websites listed for informational purposes you could bring to them to discuss available options.
