Help Mental

Hi i am 13 years old and transgender. Lately i have been worried about my mental health. I feel like i can have some sort of mental disorder or something else. I was thinking maybe someone would have an idea of what it would be if so.
- I am almost always confused.
- I get angry, frustrated and violent for no reason.
- I have problem sleeping.
- I have problem concentrating.
- I talk in my head with people that dosent exist when im alone. They are standing/sitting close to me and we talk but not out loud, just in my head. I am trying to say to myself that they are not there but It's feels like they really are and they get angry if i say that they are not there.
- I feel guilty often.
- I have been suicidal before and it feels like its slowly is starting to come back.
- Sometimes i have so much energy and i just dont know what to do with it and i get frustrated.
- I get panic everytime the doorbell rings, if im in a store or at an resturant. And more.

I do the talking in my head thing. When I'm stressed I anticipate fully dialogues arguments with people in my head. My Psych NP calls it self talk. I have heard voices outside my head before,,totally different thing and you'll know it if you ever experience it. I would definitely talk to someone though.

Hi Sebastian. Welcome to the forum :)

You are really dealing with a lot right now. Some of what you have described sounds very familiar like the confusion, anger/rages, panic when doorbell rings, feelings of guilt, etc. but hallucinations would be something I would want to talk to someone about.

Have you been able to talk to anyone about this yet? By anyone I mean an adult you trust.

I'm glad you posted and have started looking for help. Hopefully another member will have more suggestions. But for now, I would focus on talking to an adult first and asking them to help you make an appointment with your doctor.

Best wishes to you and stay in touch.
