Looking Back, I am Better?

Looking back at the first time I came in here, I am better.  Yes!  This has been my solitude when the world has no clue of who I am.  Those closest, except my very understanding husband, think I am narcicistic.  You all cared each time I wrote a question or answered one.
This group is great. We each help eachother make it through by the honesty and the knowlege of knowing where the other person is coming from.
I looked back at Lonely and the one about not caring and giving up.  The answers were so helpful.
I just wanted to thank you all.
Monkey, don't see you much. You always are a help. Bulldozer thanks for setting it up and ILADVOCATE I'd like to know how you got to the point of remission of bp, you can send private.  Cowgirlnerd, you just make me laugh, Irishwriter, I know I can write you, LetaB you always speak your mind and I thank you for that and there are so many others in here that I have met and have related with.
Thank you,
zzzmykids

Thanks for answering and for the posts you have sent me.  I hope you can find that ummmph to bring you to the center.  I still have depression.  I spend Mondays in  bed then spend the rest of the week doing things.  But Monday I can be outside enjoying the weather, reading, sleeping, choosing to be alone. For some reason allowing myself this time, the rest of the week is managable.
You journal?  Have a talk therapist, mine is a Christian counselor. Good listening psychiatrist?  Help others not as far along in the journey as you...like you did me.
Do you laugh in the mirror in the morning.  Your brain doesn't know that you are "'fake"  laughing.it just sends endorphines happily jumping around in your brain to keep you out of the bed...for awhile.
Hell, right before I came in here, I spent six months with my head under the pillow except pdoc, gp, ccounselor and chiropractor and church.  Rest of the time I was lost to the dark side.  It was the meds and an accident that caused brain altering more than any occurence had done.  You can make it, I know you can.  Hugs.  zzzmykids
