I was pretty wild as a teen as well and first diagnosed, though as an adult for the longest time the psychiatrist told me I wasn't BP.
Set ground rules.
Get in touch with a Social Worker, that's very important. You need back-up.
Until she has someone she can talk to - and you need to talk to someone as well, she won't get better. You need to have some strategies.
A group home MAY be an option at least temporarily if she is diagnosed with all you have mentioned, she may need a stricter environment with more consequences.
She can get better.
Like Minty said - stay positve.
She is a teenager and she will like boys, being a teenager is tough anyways without the Bipolar.
If language is a barrier,  when you see her doctor, have someone go with you so can fully understand what is going on.
I think it is wise you have put her on birth control pills - as long as she is ill and not stable, in my humble opinion, it's smart you did that.
She may not fully understand that her actions are wrong, impulsive behavior is part of Bipolar, and medication can help with that as well as talk therapy.
Much luck to you and best wishes.

Do some research on all the disorders she has been named as, and rule out the ones that are stupid. Go to a PSYCHIATRIST not jsut a doctor, sounds like she needs specialist help and diagnosis. Dont blame her mothers crack addiction, just fix what is happening now. She is allowed to be into boys at 15yo....most girls are! Teach her about safe sex instead of stopping her from having it and force feeding her pills. (i dont mean to take her off them, they are a good idea).

Stay positive, stay in control, learn more about whats goign on with her and what might be wrong, but most of all GET HELP.
