My psychiatrist changed my medicines

My psychiatrist changed my medicines. Now, I'm on Lithium tablets 600 mg p.m. and 400 mg a.m.
Also, I'm on Lamictal 100 mg twice daily and seroquel 200 mg for 1 week after that increase the dose to 400 mg daily.

I hope this medicines useful this time.

Any advice.

I hope it works this time. My last combination didn't work with me.

Of course I have to say that everyone is different.  That being said, in my opinion, you are on a great combination of medication.  I have been on those medicines before (Lamictal 200 pm, 200 am; Seroquel 400 pm) and I have to admit that the combination worked wonders for me.
Also to throw it in, I had a good psychiatrist tell me once that he had several patients on that combo before and they did not have relapses or breakthroughs at all.... one of them for 8 years!
It also goes in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle but I hope this works for you.
