New Mood Tracker Stats

I have either completely missed something or I am a little stupid!!!  I like the new mood tracker stat window - but what are the numbers on the right hand side - is it out of 10? Is 10 good and the lower the number the lower the average mood - I am very confused (which is quite an easy thing for me).  I can't see anywhere that explains it.

So if you know can you please let me know.  Thanks.

I think the numbers on the right are out of 5. There are 5 categories for your mood. ie: excellent, good, okay, bad, horrible. 5/5 being excellent.
