New on aiblify

I have been on aiblify for a few weeks and I am not sure what i am feeling. Wanted to know if anyone can relate

Abilify generally is only good as an antipsychotic on its own.  I don't really know of anyone who takes it or has taken it in the past by itself as an antidepressant.

are you on another drug too? my understanding from my dr. is that abilify is a good suplement to another drug, not necessarily good to be the primary drug.  for instance my dr. added abilify to my effexor and strattera for the cognitive, energizing and 'easier to deal with stress' effects of the abilify.  but the effexor is still my main mood booster and the strattera is still my main anxiety damper.

the numb feeling you're describing sounds like how i was feeling when i was on the wrong med, that was sort of doing the job i needed it to do, but not doing it well.

All the things you experienced is why i was put on it, but now i dont know what i feel, just different, but not happy different

  When I was on Abilify although it was helpful I experienced some anxiety and agitation and insomnia. Some of those issues are not uncommon as Abilify unlike other antipsychotics instead of being sedating can often be activating. Is that some of what you are experiencing?
