Not sure what is going on, really...

I don't really know where a question like this would go, as I'm not even sure what is really going on with me right now.  I've felt really strange for the past few days, and each day seems to be worse.  It essentially started off with being quite depressed, and its slowly switched over to overwhelming anger, and then today something happened that I had never experienced before until now.  It came on quite suddenly; I felt like I was going to pass out, and then I became completely unaware of where I was or what I had been doing.  I looked into a mirror and I could not identify the person inside of it.  Not only that, I couldn't remember what I thought myself to look like before.  Has anyone ever experienced this...?  I am 19 years old, I have bipolar I, and am not on any medication currently.  Thank you.

If you go through the emergency room, you will not need to get a referal and it is the FASTEST way to get a neurological diagnosis.  Don't "poo poo' this because we are a bunch of bp's and schizophrenics. Some of us, you are triggered some memories and have some knowledge here. Go.

Yes, I agree with Z on this one. You need to get to a neurologist first. Not sure if you need to go through your regular doctor to get a referral or not, but do get in to a doctor. This does not sound like mood.

Listen carefully. Not to scare you but I think you need to make an appt immediately with a neurologist. I had a friend, long time dear sweet friend. Before going to a psych, please go to Mayo if close or call around for the very best neurosureon...the guy/woman that works with the brain, orders mri's of brain or PET tests.
If it is a mental disorder you can go to the psych after.

Yes its happened to me before. I guess I would call it a mixed episode. In addition to that I was suicidal and experienced poverty of thought for a while. I was also just generally very very uncomfortable and agitated. Then it was followed by intense mania. Which also then subsequently switched to anger. However when I felt like that, I would draw, and it helped me significantly. Try to keep your mind focused on a creative outlet. Its very therapeutic  when everything seems odd, threatening and alien..
