Should I take pristiq & lamtical together or each one at different times of the day?
I would actually ask your pharmacist before your psychiatrist. #1 you won't have to wait for an answer #2 they usually know more about things like dosing schedules than the pdoc. They are the medication experts.
I've been told to take lamictal 2 times a day so you may want to ask about that too.

It would be best to ask your psychiatrist as to what is an appropriate titration schedule for the medications. If you have immediate concerns you could call them and they could let you know what to do within their clinical discretion.
