I've been on a low dose too 4 mg. I don't have any problems with it. My concern is that I read somewhere that you have to monitor your glcouse levels, and I am a pre-diabetic, so I'm not too happy being on this drug for that reason. On the other hand , alot of antipsychotics tend to have that effect. Take-care, Jasmine
i would agree with most people, it depends on a dosage. for me it was abs. hell: i couldn't sit still, had tremors almost all the time. dr prescribed cogentin to control the tremors but I don't think they stopped, only my vision worsened and i had to wear glasses. it's not a good drug.. but if you 're ok on a low dosage (such as 5 mg) you should be ok.
i personally don't care for it. i am on 15 mg and the only thing it really does for me is slow my racing thoughts.
It can be good or bad, it depends on the dosage level and how your body adjusts to it. I would recommend you be very careful with this one. It can be very great or very harmful to you. It all depends on how your body reacts to it.
Personally, I have had a bad experience with it, but am on a lower dosage and it works very well.
I was unable to sit still, could not watch a movie, or even do laundry. I was a total mess on this drug, I wouldn't recommend it. I think it makes people lose weight, some people do well on this drug, I almost lost my job because of it.
I was crawling on my kitchen floor crying and popping benedryll to try to releve myself from a panic attack I was having on this drug. My doctor thought benedryl would help but it didn't.
