heavy blood circulation in head of Bipolar person

I am 28 year man. My doctor diagnosed me as an OCD with anxiety disorder. I have posted my problem previously in this forum and some of the experts suggest me that i might have bipolar disorder. Now i am seeking suggestions for my another problem. I face severe headache(right sided) when i am forced to think anything. it happens particularly in one blood vessel (3 inch back of ear) i observed an increased blood flow.my head feels heavy pain and relaxing will take minimum  45 minutes. during the head ache period, i got confusion,frustration,worries,etc.. it happens only in the right side.not in the left side.I am a left handed person by birth but i write and eat in right hand. [Fluoxetine 20, Clomipramine 25] are the tablets i am taking for the past 10 years. I feel that my psychological disorder has some neurotic failure.. can anyone suggest the reason for my head ache?..

I experience the same severe migraines, the worst ones are on my right side. I went to a neurologist and thankfully nothing is wrong. Have you went to a neurologist to see if any tumors or anything have been ruled out?
