Thank you. I am texting friends,family now to see who is awake. getting ready to take dog on a walk.
Keep track of any thoughts of that nature as they are of concern and if they do occur it would be best to inform your psychiatrist. In the meantime find something you do enjoy that is positive to occupy your time. Also keep in touch with friends and family even if you dont feel comfortable discussing what's happening specifically. Its always good to have a network of support.
