is my low adrenal count because of my psch meds

hi  i've never posted a question on a forum let alone on about bipolar.  i really need help.  i'm have some concerning medical problems, including hashimoto disease and now my adrenal count is off.  i want to know if this might be because of my psych meds.  i'm on lamictal 200 bid, cymbalta 40 and adderall 80xr.  i think ideally the solution would be to have my psych doc talk to my medical doc but i don't feel comfortable with my medical doctor knowing about my psychiatric condition.  i had a really bad experience with an old pcp on mine.  i was really sick for a month and my pcp blamed it on my bipolar.  she said i was depressed and that was why i couldn't have a bowel movement.  she kept prescribing things to make me go the bathroom..... none of it worked but she didn't believe me.  i had 3 bowel movements in a month.  it had been 12 days since i went to the b-room so i drank an entire bottle of milk of mag.  needless to say i went but my electrolytes were depleted and was rushed to the hospital because i passed out and was unresponsive.  turns out i had an insusseption in my colon preventing me from going the bathroom.  so this is why i don't trust medical doctors.  i've never been really sick in my life except for then.  this is why i don't want my doctor to know i'm bipolar.  but now i don't know if my psych meds are making me sick or making the adrenal dysfunction worse.  as i mentioned i have hashimotos and take meds for that as well.  so i would appreciate it sooo much if someone could tell me..... is taking cymbalta and adderall causing or maybe effecting my low adrenal numbers  sorry this is so long  thanks

Honestly I suggest seeing a different doctor. This is a very serious clinical question and your doctor and psychiatrist have to speak to each other about it. If the doctor you are seeing now has an antagonistic attitude see another one. You could look up the medication websites for information on side effects but regardless you have a physical disability, many medications (including physical treatments which you didn't mention the name of) so it could be due to the Hashimoto's, due to a side effect of any of the medications or interactions between them. I have a neurologist (as I have a neurological disability) and a psychiatrist and they are in regular contact with each other as it works the other way around for me being that some neurological medications I would have been prescribed had to be ruled out by my psychiatrist because they could cause psychosis. A physical doctor is not supposed to make decisions regarding bipolar and the like. They just need to rule out physical causes and in your situation that's what has to be done.
