Stopping obsessive thoughts is difficult for anyone but it is more complicated with a person who has daily panic attacks and is bipolar. If you are in mania it is going to be difficult to stop them. It is difficult because you may swing the other way fast. If you do something or take a medicine that pulls down the mania it may cause some symptoms of depression and back and forth and so on. Try to meditate, do some grounding techniques and breathing techniques if you can.
Ive tried medicine but it made me so much worse. Im in therapy now and it helps but idk. I think im in a bipolar mania right now. I keep going for walks. Racing and obsessive thoughts. Its hard to eat.
