Sounds like a reasonable amount of all the different medications. The Lamictal and Abilify are at standard clinical doses but effective. I believe the same with Ativan and Buspar though I only took those for a short time. The Lunesta however, is at a higher dose than needed for many people. 1 mg worked fine for me. Lunesta did cause some personality alterations in me and can do that and if it didn't on its own that's fine but it could be interacting with the other medications as its related to a benzodiazepene (anti-anxiety medication such as Ativan) in the way it works. Rozerem is another option and since that works in the same exact manner as melatonin and actually adjusts the sleep cycle that might be worth inquiring about. There might very well be a medication interaction but it might not be the one you originally thought. Speak to your psychiatrist more about it.
I take 200 mg of lamictal, 10mg of abitlify, 150 mg of wellbrutrin, 3mg of lunesta, 1-3mg of lorazepam and 15mg of buspar.
Both meds can have so mind altering affects temporarily, taking both could make it more amplified. That's my rational guess. How much Ativan are you taking? Buspar takes a while to kick in, but you may feel some initial affects, if was a couple of weeks before I felt anything. I would suggest looking up both drugs so you know the full monographs on both. If you find it's severe, then I would suggest calling your doctor. Is it your family doctor or a pdoc?
Keep in touch, let us know how you are doing!
take care,

Speak to your psychiatrist about it as that's of concern as its some form of intoxicating effect with the interactions. It may very well go away (I've had it happen with medications and it passed) but they should know. Normally there wouldn't be this problem as unlike Ativan (lorazepam) Buspar does not have a potential for a person to build up a tolerance to it (though it is less effective). Ativan by itself is safe and I have not heard of any specific interactions to watch out for with it and Buspar together but there are always possibilities with medications that can emerge so give your psychiatrist a call and they can adjust it and titrate it as needed and see what's going on. If you are taking any other medications you could let us know and maybe we could give a little more information but of course your psychiatrist is the one to speak to about this and you should.
