Some of the antipsychotics can cool down bipolar related rage from what I understand.

Anger management courses are also not a bad idea. Because blaming others isn't helpful. It is your anger management issue. We all get mad, but it should disapate relatively quickly, and you should have control. No punching walls, yelling, name calling, etc. My Dad had self admited anger issues. He was one volume when we were kids - yelling.

He went to anger management class and got therapy and now is pretty good. He still gets angry but he has learned how to appropriately deal with it. So help is out there. You can take the anger management courses offered through the police department if you ask. At least you can here. I think you have to pay, but it is worth it. At the very least the police department can direct you to anger management courses if you were to phone the main line.

You don't have to accept rage as a way of life. You can get help to deal with it.

One thing I would suggest is that other people don't make you angry, you are the one who got angry and it is your choice to stay that way. You are responsible for your own feelings.
