I usually come here. Last night I slept 2 hrs maybe, then I cleaned my office and did some research. I wrote in my journal and meditated. I was glad to see the sun rise, now I have more options of things to do. I try to always have some project or research I am doing as to feel I am gaining time, rather than losing sleep. I always have something I can do besides wish I was asleep all night. It's been a few days though, it gets harder to stay busy all night after I miss too much sleep.
I can't sleep either , i'm going to take extra 100mg Seroquel , hopefully that works if not i'll just surf the net all night :/
