Blood clot out of nowhere

I was up at 5 am woke up in so much pain took everything to keep from screaming I ended up peeing on the bed and the side I went to sit on toilet and a blood clot came out the size of a baseball and I went to look at our bed it was covered in blood what I thought was pee was blood After the clot came out the bleeding lightened up drastically and pain eased It was unbearable abdominal And it kept coming in waves like contractions and the blood was dark like pure blood I wasn’t on my period or anything it just came out of nowhere and it stopped just as suddenly as it started what do you think is happening to me I'm very scared

It's possible that you have uterine polyps or fibroids. Those kind of huge clots and that pain are pretty common symptoms of both. You should make an appointment with your gyno to get an ultrasound.
