Could it be side effects of using the pill to skip two cycles?!

Hello, I'm 16 and I've been on the pill 'Evelyn 150/30ED' for the past 7 months. I've skipped my period for the past 2 months and the week before my period was expected I experienced brownish discharge and light patchy blood. I'm now 2 days into my sugar pill week and nothing has changed, does this mean anything?  Should I see my doctor? Also, about a week ago when I urinated a small 'sack' I guess you'd call it came out and I was wondering if that would be linked to this situation somehow also

Doing the skipping thing can cause spotting and breakthrough bleeding sometimes. It's not a concern but if it Keeps happening then you might have to switch to a different brand of pill.
