MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It is very less likely for IUD’s to cause infertility. Regarding your infertility, various causes responsible for it are stress, age, taking up alcohol or certain drugs that causes infertility, food, coffee, and many causes beyond these. Medical causes may be due to problems in  ovulation, tubes, uterus, cervix, endometriosis, pituitary, hypothalamus or problems in male genitourinary tract. Exact cause for difficulty in conceiving can only be diagnosed by investigations to weed out the various possibilities and then confirming a diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
