MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
You have been taking your pills very irregularly so you are not protected against pregnancy. Any unprotected sex carries the chances of pregnancy. More so if you have sex during your fertile period. Feeling hot in the tummy can be due to hormonal changes, temperature fluctuations and several other causes. A detailed history and clinical examination findings should be known before ascertaining the cause of your illness. If you are doubtful about pregnancy it is suggested to wait for your periods. If you miss your periods take up pregnancy test. For more details and queries it is suggested to visit a gynecologist for clinical examination. I hope it helps.
Best luck and regards!
