Am I pregnant or is it side effects?

I am currently using Implanon contraceptive implant since April 08 and not had a period since. I do have regular sex with my fiancee and do not use any other form of protection. But lately (about a week) I have been peeing nearly every hour, I have low back ache, I am more tired and very little energy. I have more headaches and I have been having bad mood swings, one minute I am fine, next I am all emotional and then I am moody. I have had a few spots in my knickers aswell. My friends say my boobs have got bigger. After doing some research I have found these can be signs of early stages of being pregnant? Can this be possible or are they side effects of the implant? Because I have not had a period for a few months I am unsure. Can you please help? Thank you.

The implanon does give side effects as if you are pregnant, i got to a point when i was so worried i were that i rang up the NHS, i done three pregnancy tests, but what i was feeling was just the side effects from the implanon. its stupid really...

WERE YOU PREGNANT OR WAS IT JUST THE IMPLANON? I'M ON IT AND I UNDERSTAND HOW YOU WOULDNT KNOW IF YOU WERE PREGNANT OR NOT BECAUSE OF THE IRREGULAR BLEEDING.
