Contraceptive Pill

How soon after i start taking the pill. {one a day.}. am I protected from getting pregnant

Depends on the type of pill.  They all come with a patient package insert that explains it.  If your pack no longer has that insert, you can ask your pharmacist.

Most require you to use them for 7 days before considering yourself safely protected.

you should be protected withing 42hours of takeing the contreceptive pill i would say 24 but rather be safe then sorry
