Post pill hair loss

Has anyone had excessive hair shedding start only a week or so after stopping pill? Everything I’m reading makes it sound that this shouldn’t happen until 2-3 months after, but mine seems too coincidental to not be hormonal. Just wondering is anyone has experienced this so immediately and if it’s possible.

If u find no help in terms of hair loss connection with ur birth control, I would def check ur current beauty products & daily regimen as I've been safely learning most the shampoo & things I've been using for years has known hair loss ingredients right in them. But I caution doing this just cuz once u start this, it's like a huge rabbit hole u go down & it seems there's problems u will find with much more than u bargain for going into it ok. But there are many products that are in countless top popular brands that we all use that are not regulated by anyone in this country and they certainly have medical data hound by a simple google search to cause this very thing....hair loss. One company in particular was sued for the hair loss it caused & it's still on store shelves today. I don't know why this is etc but that's an example of what I'm talking about. I was using a very popular well known brand of shampoo that unfortunately has a hair loss causing ingredient right on the bottle so it's now no surprise what I'm starting to see now using the stuff 20 yrs later. Just something to keep in mind going forward that u might find helpful or not but good luck to u. It was very enlightening these last few months for me I just really had no idea about any of this stuff. I just always thought it was regulated and ok if it's on the store shelf for sale in this country and apparently that isnt the case. :( This is why I may have seen the California Prop 65 labels & warning which is to warn us of this very prob we face in this country. Just shouldn't need to shave this but we do. Most common products that we do use in the US is actually banned by the European Union as being toxic so just be very aware of the things u may put on or in ur body as it isn't always safe just cuz its on store shelves like I had thot all these years. I didn't learn anything like this until about 6 months ago and I'm 56 years old no less. Sad but true.
