Birth control help

I was wondering about spermicides. If I used spermicide foam or gel before I were to have sex with my boyfriend, would he noticed during sex a difference? Like would the foam or gel seep out during intercourse? Or how exactly does all of it work?

Idk. Because I'm already on the pill and we use condoms but I'm just paranoid.

It's been my experience that the foam is noticeable.  Possibly the gel would be less noticeable.  Why do you want to hide it?  You would think he'd be glad you're taking precautions.
