pregnant?

I am 18 years old and have been on birth control for almost a year. Since i started i have been very regular and no spotting. Yesterday and Today i've had some spotting, it was at the same time both days and was really just one big glob. I havnt had sex since before my last period. but i did have one of my wisdom teeth pulled.
Do i need to worrie or is this normal?

if you took antibiotics after having your wisdom tooth out then spotting is very common because it counter acts the birth control.
