First Time Bleeding After Sex
I am on the depo shot, and have had a very bad experience on it, but the most recent thing is concerning me a little bit more, Me and my boyfriend had sex sunday night and I woke up monday morning and i was bleeding. It only lasted about 20 minutes and was rather light, but today (tuesday) I am having very severe mood swings. This was not my first time ever having sex. Can anyone help me figure out if somthing is wrong?
I would say it's the Depo shot, I was only on it for one cycle ( 3 months ) and the side effects were terrible for me, first my mood swings were out of this world, I didn't get my period for the first 2 months and then whole 3rd month I spotted like crazy I would bleed for 30 minutes and then nothing for like 6 hours then it would happen again and I always bled after sex.
Depo shot could be the culprit of this. I would never reconmend this as a birth control for anybody. Depo has some pretty bad side effects, to mood swings and heavy bleeding. Some women stop a period altogther while on depo and once they stop depo, periods sometimes do not return as normal.
