Pregnant with Mirena?

Could I be pregnant? I've had the Mirena since June of last year and haven't been back to my doctor for a check up since. I haven't had a period in I couldn't tell you when and I am experiencing severe cramping, nausea, headaches, dizziness, frequent urination, and pain in my right leg. I took a pregnancy test about a month ago and it was negative. What is going on??

You could be pregnant, or you could be experiencing rare but serious side effects. I would get seen by a Dr ASAP.
