What should I do we both dont want kids

I've never had a period because I have pcos.. I went to a party 3 nights ago and a guy friend and I had sex we used a condom but im scared im pregMy lower back and abdomen have been killing me and I dont wanna be pregnant because my parents and husband would flip. How can I tell if Im preg after 3 days...i cant go to a dr because they would have to bring me and I want to hide it from them....what should I do and how can I tell... We both do not want kids, and I.already have a kid with mu husband

If you want to go to the doctor about it, tell them it is for your lower back, or because you think you have a yeast infection, or something else.  They don't have to go in the room with you when you talk to the doctor, for pete's sake.  But it will even be too early to test with a blood test if it has only been three days.  I agree with tinkerbell that it sounds more like you're feeling the tugs of your conscience than that you could have pregnancy signs already.  The embryo would not even have implanted in the uterus yet.

Well you're not going to be able to tell after 3 days. And IF you used a condom, you should be just fine. You're probably just freaking out because you cheated on your husband.

i think thats way to early to tell unless your pregnant from before this happened and you have a certain amount of time to take the plan b pill i'm not sure how long you should look it up
