Will temporarily switching doses for the pill mess me up?

I usually take Estarylla (0.25, 0.035) pills and it’s going great. The first two months I was very mood swingy but the next two years have been solid. Express scripts never sends my perscription on time and usually when they do, they send the wrong perscription of a thing called Cryselle (0.3, 0.03). The differences in numbers stress me out but I have a lot of unused pills of that brand because of all the mess ups. I’m running out of my Estarylla and it will be awhile before Express gets their act together, so will it be a drastic change if I take those pills the last week of my cycle to ride it out? I’m a college athlete with a competition in a week’s time so I’m nervous to change anything if it could be a big change, I just don’t know enough about doses to see if it would matter. Thanks!
