Hello and welcome,
Excessive bleeding is a common side effect of Paragard.Bleeding since 7 weeks is a too long time. You need to consult your doctor about it .Heavy bleeding can lead to weakness, low blood pressure, dizziness. You should get evaluated and treated, and may need to discontinue ParaGard.Your doctor can decide about this after a clinical examination. Do keep us posted.
Best of luck and regards!
