I am very sensitive to contraceptive pills. I became an unbearable person when I took them. It seems to be rather common and nothing to worry about. Try a different kind. It's also possible that your chemistry just can't tolerate it, in which case you need to find an alternative. Regarding your question about how to tell the doctor, the answer is quite simple. Tell her what you just wrote on this post - "I feel like I'm going mental  ! " She will absolutely understand what you mean as she has seen numerous patients with the very same issue. If you can't talk openly with the person that is filling your body with hormones and took an oath not to do any harm to you, then you are not really mature enough to be engaging in sex. You have a responsibility to yourself to be open and clear with your physician as this will bring the best outcome int he care you are given. Go for it, girl!

Oh yeah! I had to change prescriptions because I was a total witch to people. You just have to find one that works best for you.
