I had an ectopic and it is nothing to mess around with. I lost my right ovary and tube. I thought it was my birth control making me cramp and bleed. If you think something is wrong go to the Dr. asap!!!!!!

I was worried about an ectopic to the point I had nightmares and I turned out fine. I had the same stuff you did. But it really is a good idea to bite the bullet and go to the doctor

When I had that I had nothing but problems, I would get sharp pains that would drop me to the ground, and always had pain in my stomach. I went and had it removed and never had that pain again.

When I first got pregnant that was something we worried about happening, my doctor said u will for sure know if you have one. Extreme pain and vomiting and overall very sick. But it's always good to double check with an ultrasound. Good luck!

Maybe you should go see your doctor especially if you can't feel the string. You should be able to know its there. So you might want to make an appointment and go check it out.

I am just having severe abdominal pain it hurts so bad, but I have been having abnormal bleeding, I think its possibly from the mirena, I also can't feel my strings so I'm worried it moved:( I just hope everything is ok. Thanks!

Abnormal vaginal bleeding

Low back pain
Mild cramping on one side of the pelvis
No periods
Pain in the lower belly or pelvic area
If the area around the abnormal pregnancy ruptures and bleeds, symptoms may get worse. They may include:
Fainting or feel faint
Intense pressure in the rectum
Low blood pressure
Pain in the shoulder area
Severe, sharp, and sudden pain in the lower abdomen
