But i missed an active pill Saturday, took it on Sunday, but couldn't take Sunday and Mondays pill until Tuesday if i had unprotected sex should i be worried about pregnancy?

ps -- talk to your doctor about the ramifications of avoiding your period for 4 years.  You could be giving yourself osteoporosis.

Yeah.  But you should also see some doozy of breakthrough bleeding first, if you have avoided having your period for four years.  Count the rest of the month as not protected, and take precautions if you have sex, like use condoms.
