morning after pill

ok so heres the story: my ex-girlfriend and i had sex saturday night (sunday morning) around 1 am during which the condom came off inside her, so i had to pull the condom out which was pretty far inside and we decided to get the morning after pill. She took the first morning after pill (progestin only) at noon today (sunday) which puts it at 11-12 hours after sex. saturday was also close to the predicted day of ovulation for her. my question is what are the general estimates that she could become pregnant? this is the first time weve had sex in many many months. i know no one can give me an exact answer but im sure many people on this forum are more experienced in situations like this. for instance what are the relative odds she would get pregnant without using the morning after pill and how much does the morning after pill reduce these odds when taken 11-12 hours after sex?

not sure if it is relevant info but we are both fairly young (early 20s)

i wrote that she took it within 12 hours so how is that not within 24 hours? i did do my research and read the package and it says to take it within at least 72 hours.

I am no doctor or expert but I think the morning after pill has got to be taken within the 24 hr period. But u should have asked the pharmacist where u purchased the morning after pill.
