switched birth controls. possible pregnancy?

Im just going to start off by saying I messed up. So I got my nexplanon removed march 4th, I went and got the nuvaring. Needless to say I forgot it in my car for a few days had intercourse with hubby then remembered I had not put in my nuvaring... dumb me I know!!! Now for almost a week ive been having pregnancy symptoms.. like double the intensity I had with both my children. Ive been readin online and it says to effectivly switch from implant to nuvaring it needs to be in for 7 days before implant removal. So question is do you think its a high possibility that I might be pregnant? I take the ring out this sat so I want to wait a few days after that to test. I just feel misserable! Thanks for any input :)

It is likely to become pregnant as your fertility returns to normal the second they remove the implants from your arm. And since you didn't start taking your nuva ring until a week later it wouldn't have been working yet. I'm pretty sure it's the same as the pill where you need to use condoms as well for a month before it is fully in your system. Take a test soon and find out because you need to get off BC asap if you are pregnant. Good luck
