Hello,

Are you please able to let me know when approx. my most fertile days are for this coming month?
I just started my period yesterday (Sept. 24th) and they usually last around 3-4 days. My period usually comes on around the 25th or 28th of each month, although it came early last month on the 20th. Could this be possibly due to me changing climate as I have heard that this can affect?
I have just moved from the tropics to England and usually got it on the 28th of each month when I lived in the tropics.
I appreciate your approx. calculations.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
If you want to get pregnant it is best to have sex before you ovulate as the two to three days prior to ovulation are your most fertile days. For predicting when you will ovulate there are many methods available like ovulation predictor kits, tracking your basal body temperature etc.Having sex when the cervical mucus is thick resembling raw egg-white just before ovulation may help. Take care of other things that may affect fertility like losing extra weight, choosing a healthier diet, cutting on coffee and alcohol etc.It is best to discuss your concerns with a gynecologist. Do write to us again.
Best of luck and regards!
