What do i do about blood in my urine?

Hello. Starting 2 days ago ive noticed that my urine was all red or brownish red and when this happened like 3 times, I immediately went to the doctor. Also i feel no pain when urinating or anywhere on my body whatsoever so i guess thats weird. Anyways, i got an ultrasound and i learned that theres nothing wrong with my kidneys or bladder and my prostate is normal. So they took some of my blood and are testing it. Im currently waiting on results but i got impatient and scared and now im here. Could i have a little more insight as to whats going on? Also if it turns out that theres nothing wrong with my blood what else could be causing whats happening to me.

P.S i havent taken any blows in the abdomin or any other part of my body unless i hurt myself and forgot.
