Clival Lesion, Need Surgery??

I had an MRI which showed a 1.0cm Clival Lesion eroding my clivus.  My prolactin levels on one test were high and my cortisol and other hormones are low.  I have central sleep apnea and O2 of 70% and chronic fatigue.  Do I need surgery for this?  Thanks very much!

I can review your films and your hormone profile free of charge if you want.
Some of these lesions require surgical resection
