MRI explained for me please

Hi can someone please tell me if I should be worried about this MRI report
Targeted scans of the pituitary fossa were performed
Findings a slightly lobulated mass is demonstrated it the central portion of the adenohypopysis measuring 13mm transverse 8 mm ap and 7mm in height it is heterogeneous but predominantly hyperintense on t1 and profoundly hypointense on t2 consistent with blood product there is no enhancement after gadolinium despite thesize of the masseuses is no evidence for superior convexity of the pituitary contour and a normal calibre infundibulum inserts in the midline the suprasellar cistern is intact as is the chiasm

Comment a pituitary mass is demonstrated which displays evidence of a previous intralesional hemorrhage it occupies most of theadenohypophysis but is not associated with significant mass effect and there is no encroachment of the suprasellar cistern or chiasm
