As enzymelover mentioned, we aren't doctors here.  There is a professional forum if you want to specifically get a doctor's feedback.  Are you able to give the neurologist who ordered your MRI a call and ask them to explain what the findings mean?  From what I find online, the medial temporal lobes are essential to long term memory.   I hope you can reach the neurologist and ask them to explain what these results mean to your life!

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for your answer, I consulted eye specialist and there is no problem with the eyes, later i consulted neurogist and as per his advice i did MRI  and the report says "small cystic changes in the bilateral medial temporan lobes" , what is this desease ? how danger it is and what is the solution for this ? is it can be curable permanent ? or only temporary solution ?

Thanks,
Abdul

In addition to an opthamologist, who can examine your eyes, you should see a neurologist.  With severe head pain like yours, they really should do a CT scan or MRI of your brain to look for tumors and blood vessel abnormalities.  They may do some neurological testing in the office- like seeing if you can walk in a straight line, seeing if you can touch the tip of your nose with each of your pointer fingers, having you close your eyes and see if you go off balance, things like that.   It is important you get this looked into as soon as possible!

Hello.  We are not doctors here, only other patients like yourself. If you have not had an ophthalmology exam, do that first, to rule out an eye disorder. The ophthalmologist may need to refer you to another doctor, depending on his findings.

Good luck,
Enzy
