Recurring Pituitary Adenoma

I had a pituitary macroadenoma removed last year. It was GH producing. Blood tests and MRI reveal tumor remaining.
My neurosurgeon is against further surgery, as he says the remaining tumor is too close to the carotid artery.
I am seeking another surgeon to take a look and evaluate. Obviously I need someone with a lot of experience and with recurrences and potentially difficult surgery.
